HR Operations Coordinator

Provide support for all HR functions across the Inspire Brands Operations and Support Centers. Ensure compliance throughout all Inspire Brands affiliates and protect the company with consistency, adherence to regulations and laws. This position will also be responsible for defined processes within Talent Management and various administrative tasks as assigned. The People Link Specialist will develop a working knowledge of Background Checks, the I-9 process, and data integrity.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide general Human Resources support to team members and field managers by applying basic knowledge of HR concepts and procedures via multiple contact formats. Answer incoming calls and respond to incoming written inquiries to provide general HR support to all team members on all HR related systems and processes and procedures including:Employee RelationsHRIS System AccessE Verify / I-9 CompliancePTOBackground ChecksLearning Management SystemsPrioritize and support administrative work for various Human Resources departmentsMaintain enterprise Employee Case Management System, which includes:Monitor Employee Systems for critical issues and escalate as requiredEnsure cases are completed and closed per SLAsRespond to/Provide administrative HR support for incoming employment-related subpoenas & security clearance responsesManage compliance for terminated team member files and manage active manager filesRespond to Unemployment claims, appeals and hearingsAct as a back-up for the onboarding process in the Support CentersPerform miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary and participate with special projects, as neededEDUCATION QUALIFICATIONSA two-year associate/technical degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience and trainingEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONPrior experience using HR systemsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIESEffective verbal and written communicationBasic problem solvingEffective time managementExcellent customer serviceProficient with Microsoft Office suiteAbility to maintain confidential informationAble to execute pre-defined processes from detailed written or verbal instructions and apply knowledge of the process for follow-up and troubleshootingInspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.We’re made up of some of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands, but we’re much more than just a restaurant company.
