Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing environment
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident rehabilitation and recovery goals
• Maintain and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID and wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on assignment

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of New Mexico, or a compact license recognized in NM
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Completion of the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption on file with your employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at time of check-in at the facility

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Familiarity with rehabilitation-focused care environments
• Experience working night shift in a high-census or float pool capacity

• 12-week contract opportunity with expected hours of 24 per week, offering a structured and predictable schedule
