The Windsor Troy Law LLP, is seeking a compassionate and driven Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to advocate for injured workers across California. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on clients' lives.Responsibilities:Represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims.Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation.Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings.Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the California State Bar1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferredStrong advocacy and interpersonal skillsSalary: $80,000.00 to $160,000.00 per yearHere at Windsor Troy Law, LLP we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
