Inbound Sales Representative

Pay: $55,000–$70,000/year (Base Pay + Weekly Uncapped Commission)

Introductory Bonus: $2400 over eight weeks (terms apply)

What You'll Do & Why You'll Love It

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll handle incoming calls from customers actively searching for tire and automotive service solutions. Using our proven sales process, you will guide customers to the right products, convert inquiries into scheduled appointments, and deliver exceptional customer experience with no traditional cold calling.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Guide Customers to Solutions: Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and clearly explain service options to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Drive Appointments: Use a structured sales process to convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments while meeting individual performance goals.
• Deliver Great Service: Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful experience that creates promotors of the Mavis brand.

What We Offer:

• Inbound Leads Only: Work exclusively with customers who are already reaching out to Mavis-no cold calling.
• Strong Earning Potential: Enjoy weekly uncapped commission, plus an eligible $2,400 introductory bonus paid over your first 8 weeks (terms apply).
• Paid Training & Onboarding: Master our products, systems, and sales process through comprehensive paid training before taking calls independently.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• A motivated, dependable team player who is comfortable working toward sales goals.
• Availability to work a five-day schedule, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Automotive experience is not required -- we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
