The team works like a research and development laboratory, developing and refining strategies for powering and cooling high‑density facilities. You will collaborate with structural engineers, electrical specialists, and facilities technicians to design modular, prefabricated data‑center products that are factory‑ready, manufacturable, and environmentally friendly. This role requires strong engineering judgment, the ability to manage complex interdisciplinary projects, and an appetite for continuous improvement. You will produce technical deliverables such as structural analysis reports, single‑line diagrams, schematics, and cable schedules, and you will drive prototype testing and system commissioning. The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $102,000–$145,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and other factors. Responsibilities Engineer structural enclosures and modular steel assemblies, performing structural analysis to ensure integrity during transport, lifting, and site installation. Design module layouts for server racks, power distribution, and cooling infrastructure, ensuring alignment among mechanical, electrical, and control systems to eliminate spatial conflicts. Develop electrical systems—including UPS, BESS, SST, switchgear, and PDUs—producing deliverables such as single‑line diagrams, schematics, and cable schedules. Lead prototype development and cooling implementation through CFD modeling, factory witness testing, and system commissioning, ensuring designs are manufacturable. Provide technical support for deployed assets and maintain industry standards, including UL 2755, UL 75, UL 62368‑1, and NFPA 70.
