Job Summary:
We are seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department. In this contract role, you will help maintain and organize critical HR records and documentation, ensuring accurate filing and efficient record management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a professional office environment while supporting a stable, established organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, file, and maintain HR documents and personnel records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with document management and records organization as directed
- Support general HR administrative functions
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in filing and document organization
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

- Reliability and punctuality

Working Conditions:
This is a temporary contract position based in our Warrensville Heights, OH office. The role is office-based administrative work. Your start date is November 2, 2026. As a contract position, the duration and benefits structure may differ from permanent roles.

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
