About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Program (Behavioral Health) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to end youth homelessness. This senior leadership position is focused on the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of behavioral health programs and services for young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a full range of evidence-based and informed interventions to support youth with behavioral health challenges, with the ultimate goal of expanding access to services, enhancing the quality of care, and improving outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with site leaders, behavioral health teams, and the development of partnerships to reduce barriers to care and enhance opportunities for support and healing. Applicants must have a minimum of a master's degree in a clinical field, with at least 10-15 years' program leadership experience in behavioral health, preferably in youth homeless services. Essential skills include expertise in trauma and brief solution-focused therapies, as well as experience in supporting LGBTQ+ youth. The role requires a collaborative leader with exceptional project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Vice President will also be involved in training, fundraising, and the development of standardized data collection and outcome measurement plans. A strong commitment to continuous learning, a customer service orientation, and the ability to interact with a diverse range of people are essential.
