KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provie inivil, grop, n fmily conseling sessions to iverse client popltion.
• Conct ssessments n evelop inivilize tretment plns tht incorporte both clinicl n fith-bse pproches.
• tilize evience-bse therpetic techniqes to ress rnge of mentl helth isses, incling nxiety, epression, trm, n reltionl ifficlties.
• Mintin ccrte n timely ocmenttion of client interctions n progress notes in complince with stte regltions n prctice policies.
• Prticipte in reglr spervision n tem meetings to iscss cse progress n receive feebck.
• Collborte with other conselors, helthcre proviers, n commnity resorces to ensre comprehensive cre for clients.
• Engge in continos professionl evelopment to sty crrent with vncements in conseling prctices n fith-bse interventions.

QLIFICTIONS:

• ctive New Jersey stte licensre s License Professionl Conselor (LPC), License Clinicl Socil Worker (LCSW) or License Mrrige n Fmily Therpist (LMFT).
• Mster's egree in Conseling, Psychology, Socil Work, or relte fiel from n ccreite instittion.
• Strong commitment to integrting Christin fith n vles with clinicl conseling prctices.
• Proven experience in proviing mentl helth conseling to inivils, coples, n fmilies.
• Excellent interpersonl, commniction, n orgniztionl skills.
