The Human Resources team supports the company's talent needs. Day to day you will provide Talent Acquisition support to various business units such as Operations, Finance, and Legal. As a Recruiter you will partner cross-functionally to deliver excellent Talent Acquisition support and drive success by providing a best-in-class candidate and customer experience. Come grow your career with us!Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume full cycle recruitment process for multiple business units within the Talent Acquisition Team.Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategy by leading intake meetings, interview kickoff and feedback meetings on all active searches.Review resumes from various sources and conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.Partner closely with the Sourcer to develop a strategy to attract and recruit diversity of talent in highly competitive markets.Coach hiring managers to create a productive interview structure and develop behavioral interview questions.Develop and maintain relationships with communities and resources, including colleges and universities, agencies, and various associations and organizations.Support various ad hoc projects and initiatives.Other duties as assigned.Required SkillsStrong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.Experience partnering across organizations, with hiring teams, Human Resources, and stakeholders of various levels.Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Preferred SkillsExperience in recruiting, hiring and interviewing for positions in numerous disciplines.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.Required ExperienceA minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth, high volume organization(s).Experience in corporate recruiting, working with any ATS; 3 years of experience.Work Environment / Physical RequirementsApproximately 10% travel may be required in support of the position's responsibilities.BenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientThis client is a global real estate investment trust (REIT) specializing in wireless and communications infrastructure, with approximately 226,000 communications sites spanning six continents.
