Sterile Processing Supervisor

FlexStaff is looking for a Sterile Processing Supervisor . This is a permanent, full-time position at our client's Bethpage, Long Island facility. Pay: $80,000- $90,000 (based on experience) Location: Bethpage, NY Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Must be available to work some holidays and rotating weekends. In this role, you'll supervise and coordinate a team of 15 in the facilities sterilization department. Ideal candidates should possess: An associate degree Current Registered Central Supply Technician Certification (CRCST) Relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 plus years of supervisory experience Key Responsibilities: Lead and train team members to achieve sterile processing goals. Schedule and assign tasks to team members and supervise operations in decontamination and sterile work areas. Inspect case cart requisitions for accuracy and coordinate the transport of carts to necessary facilities. Maintain inventory and stock levels. Ensure proper documentation of sterilization activities. Monitor the application of proper techniques during instrumentation processing, preparation, and packaging.
