Target Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 Key Responsibilities For The Finance Supervisor Supervise and develop the Payroll Accounting Specialist while supporting day-to-day finance operations. Lead the annual budgeting process, financial reporting activities, and ongoing performance analysis. Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and banking relationships, including BMO and other financial partners. Coordinate financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Collaborate across departments to improve financial processes and support business decision-making. Qualifications For The Finance Supervisor Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 7+ years of accounting or finance experience with strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Experience supporting audits, budgeting, and month-end financial processes.
