We are seeking a motivated and reliable Contract Barback to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Barback, you will support our bartenders and ensure the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and efficiently managed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders by stocking and restocking bar supplies including liquor, mixers, ice, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning spills, disposing of trash, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure bar equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the management.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the bartending or management team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of basic bar operations and beverage handling.
