Licensed Insurance Agent

Job Description: Take inbound calls & make outbound calls to warm/hot leads or existing customers. Have interactive conversations with prospective and existing customers to showcase your active listening skills Effectively create customer need by conducting various probing techniques. Provide a high level of quality customer service in a high call volume environment. Accurately describe benefits and features for all available product lines. Follow documented processes and guidelines. Display salesmanship with the goal of one call close. Document systems properly to ensure accurate tracking and accountability. Ability to multi-task and work in multiple systems simultaneously Achieve all sales and call center goals. Assist with special projects that aid in the ongoing growth of the team- such as reviewing for effectuating polices, aiding in new phone/equipment implementation, becoming knowledgeable on new plans or industry updates. Work with internal departments in a professional manner to assist callers. Assist consumers with technical issues on the carrier’s enrollment website. COMPETENCIES: Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills Takes initiative and accountability to achieve results Relationship management: ability to collaborate and influence others Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED required. Valid insurance license with health component. Current continuing education requirements for license must be met Knowledge of successful selling techniques.
