You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, controlled-access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify authorization for entry, and report irregularities or prohibited activity to appropriate personnel.
• Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, company policy, and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
