Job Location: Oldsmar, FL PLant
Shift:
10:00pm - 6:00am Monday - Friday | Overtime, including weekends, required as needed based on business demands
Responsibilities:
- Inspect saw and safety guards at the start of the shift to ensure safe working condition.
- Adjust machinery to required cut lengths as specified by directions.
- Perform quality checks according to procedures.
- Operate saw to meet daily production and efficiency goals.
- Monitor equipment to ensure maximum production time.
- Produce quality material to meet production schedules and audit material throughout the process.
- Work with supervisors and team members to maximize production capabilities.
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32”.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience using protractors and calipers a plus.
- Ability to monitor gauges, dials, and indicators for equipment performance.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in seasonal extreme temperature conditions (heat or cold).
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
