Make a difference as a SMT Operator
As a new Full-Time SMT Operator at Krypton Solutions, you can expect to engage in various daily tasks that ensure smooth production operations. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and calibrating SMT machines, loading materials, and performing quality checks on finished products. You will monitor the assembly line, addressing any malfunctions or discrepancies promptly to maintain efficiency.
- The Operator is responsible for the daily operation of the MYDATA pick and place machine to include programming, machine setup and breakdown, and replenish parts to the machine during production.
- Identify and understand operator/machine-reporting messages. The SMT Machine Operator will operate the automatic screen printer and reflow oven.
What we're looking for in a SMT Operator
To thrive as a Full-Time SMT Operator at Krypton Solutions, several key skills will contribute to your success in this role. First and foremost, strong attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality and precision of the electronic components you will manufacture. A solid understanding of mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting abilities will enable you to address any equipment issues that may arise during production. Good communication skills are vital, as you'll need to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.
- 1+ year in SMT production with verifiable history and/or have superior computer skills.
- MYDATA beginning and intermediate courses from an accredited source is preferred.
