HR Generalist The HR Generalist at Läderach North America will support critical HR functions across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, with a strong focus on HRIS maintenance, recruiting, and onboarding. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner TX, this full-time, on-site role is based in our Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent HRIS skills, and a keen interest in expanding their HR knowledge. What you can expect You support and coordinate policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to meet the organization’s human resources, compliance, and strategic needs. You maintain HR files on SharePoint, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You continuously review and process incoming documents in UKG, our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You assist with the recruitment process, including managing requisitions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating the recruitment dashboard. You own the end-to-end onboarding process, including tracking candidate progress and facilitating New Hire Orientation. You prepare and manage various HR correspondence and respond to employee inquiries. You provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and updating employee records. You perform other duties as required. What we expect from you You have 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience. You have experience in Retail or Hospitality within a multi-unit and/or multi-state setting. You preferably have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You have HR certification, PHR, or SHRM (preferred but not required). You have strong organizational and time management skills. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. You have knowledge of UKG (a plus). You can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. You have a proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
