We are looking to grow our team in brand and brokerage marketing. Ideal candidates are hardworking, enthusiastic, intelligent, self-motivated, ethical, and detail-oriented. Previous commercial real estate sales experience is preferred, but not required. This position offers the opportunity to work with a team of highly successful agents and marketing professionals while learning all aspects of CRE and corporate marketing/branding efforts in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Assist marketing team leads in creating sales marketing materials –marketing brochures, flyers, postcards, proposals, etc. using Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop
\n
• Design and create email marketing campaigns for new/existing property listings, property closings
\n
• Collaborate with marketing team to produce and implement social media strategies across all platforms
\n
• Implement company brand standards to all materials to maintain consistency in appearance
\n
• Support digital marketing efforts in the execution of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
\n
• Take a hands-on approach to update existing marketing materials utilizing Adobe templates and provided content
\n
• Provide a second set of eyes to ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple platforms and channels
\n
• Support the execution of printing and binding proposals and site tour packets for brokerage teams on an as-needed basis
\n
• Proactively maintain and update property listing info on listing systems and websites
\n
• Organize, update, and maintain contact lists within CRM programs such as Hubspot
\n
• Assist team in developing and implementing new marketing strategies
\n
• Work with an amazing group of commercial real estate professionals on a daily basis
\n
• Assist in the continued development and implementation of our brand strategy/standards
\n
• Support the Marketing Director in the maintenance and development of internal tools, such as databases, organizational platforms, and tracking capabilities
\n
• Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications

\n

\n
• Strong and independent work ethic and skills
\n
• Must be technologically/computer savvy, with a willingness to learn and master new programs, and new forms of media
\n
• Excellent communication skills – the ability to proactively communicate and solve challenges. Excellent grammar, spelling, and writing/editing are a must
\n
• Understands the importance of well-maintained information and systems to a successful operation
\n
• Ability to work under pressure, while balancing time working on more significant and minor tasks.
\n
• 2+ years of Business Administration experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field)
\n
• Strong interactive skills – able to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities
\n
• Knowledge of Adobe CC suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
\n
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
\n
