Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney

Overview A law firm seeks a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in their growing Nashville, TN office. The role involves managing pre-litigation work and guiding clients through the case process, focusing primarily on personal injury cases, including premises liability. Responsibilities Handle all pre-litigation work daily Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process Guide clients through the case process Draft and file pre-litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation Manage the release approval process Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers Drive compliance and KPIs among the team Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school Active member in good standing with the TN State Bar Association 2+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Desire to become part of a trial team Education Law degree from an accredited institution Certifications Active membership with the TN State Bar Association Skills Strong leadership and team management Excellent communication and client service Superior writing and oral advocacy Ability to manage high-volume caseloads Benefits Medical and dental insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
