Senior Sales Executive - Off-Price Apparel

Job Description

Stitch Fusion Apparel Group is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with strong, established relationships in the U.S. off-price and value retail market.

We are looking for a proven apparel sales professional who can bring an existing book of business and immediately develop opportunities with major retailers such as TJX / T.J. Maxx / Marshalls, Ross Stores, Burlington, Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and other national off-price and special-market accounts.

\n

\n

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who knows the buyers, understands the market, and can independently drive meaningful revenue.

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

• Develop and manage relationships with major off-price, mass-market, and special-market retailers

\n

• Generate new business and expand existing retail accounts

\n

• Present ATS, stock opportunities, private-label programs, and new product developments to buyers

\n

• Partner closely with Design, Production, and Management to develop customer-specific programs

\n

• Negotiate pricing, margins, quantities, and delivery requirements

\n

• Build seasonal and annual sales plans and consistently meet revenue targets

\n

• Identify new customer and category opportunities

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

• 7+ years of apparel wholesale sales experience preferred

\n

• Established buyer relationships within major U.S. off-price retailers

\n

• Proven ability to generate at least $5M+ in annual apparel sales

\n

• Strong preference for candidates with relationships at TJX, Ross, Burlington, Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, or comparable national retailers

\n

• Women’s and Juniors apparel experience strongly preferred

\n

• Experience across Active, Sportswear, Dresses, Tops, Bottoms, or related categories is a plus

\n

• Strong negotiation, communication, and account-management skills

\n

• Must be highly self-motivated and capable of independently developing business

\n

Compensation

Highly competitive base salary + commission.

\n

Compensation will be structured based on the candidate’s demonstrated book of business, existing buyer relationships, and expected annual sales volume.
