Research Project Manager

Research Project Manager — Boston, MA (Back Bay) – Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (Base range $76,000–$95,000) Responsibilities Own individual projects from handoff after win to invoicing, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations exceeded. Lead client phone calls and provide regular updates, including daily updates, answering standard questions, and scheduling/recruiting for follow‑up calls. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating fielding, data quality checks, redirects, and reconciliations. Ensure project deliverables meet quality and accuracy standards through quality checks and reconciliation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. 1–3 years of project management experience, preferably in market research or a related industry. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
