What You’ll Do Demonstrate strong instructional skills and the ability to support learners with diverse needs. Adapt and differentiate curriculum to meet individual student goals. Promote academic, social, and emotional growth for all students. Collaborate effectively with fellow educators, support staff, and families. Qualifications Graduate of accredited college or university. Valid PA Instructional I or IISpecial Education PK-12 or Special Education PK-8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Calm, patient, and encouraging approach when working with students. Desire to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and students.
