HiFyve is hiring for a Quality Inspector in the Precision Manufacturing industry
Salary: $25+/hour depending on experience Shift Options: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Location: Fridley, MN This role supports manufacturing operations by performing quality inspections on machined components and ensuring finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The Quality Inspector will inspect parts, use measuring equipment, review documentation, and communicate quality issues with the manufacturing team. Job Responsibilities Inspect machined components for defects, dimensions, and overall quality Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality requirements Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Identify and communicate quality issues to production and supervision Assist with resolving quality issues and determining root causes Maintain quality and safety standards Keep work areas clean and organized Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience required Experience working with precision measuring equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to identify defects and dimensional issues Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethicVacancy posted 1 day ago
