Obsessed with maximizing Google advertising potential, the fully remote Head of Google Media Buying will drive innovative strategies to transform search impressions into revenue, focusing on Google Shopping and Search to significantly enhance ROI for a rapidly growing DTC skincare brand. Key responsibilities: Identify and analyze metrics that influence revenue generation from Google search impressions Create executive briefs to effectively communicate the performance of Google advertising efforts Optimize Google Shopping Listings and manage the Google Merchant Center to maximize revenue per impression Required qualifications: Proven experience in Google Ads strategy and management Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics Ability to work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day Commitment to continuous learning, including reading 2 books per month Experience in leading or contributing to team-building efforts
