Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
• Experience working within school environments (K-12 preferred)
• Ability to travel between multiple sites within a region
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in adapting therapy plans to meet a range of student needs

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring PT services
• Deliver physical therapy interventions and document student progress according to school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other service providers to achieve optimal student outcomes
• Maintain thorough, timely records and provide documentation as mandated
• Flexibly travel between assigned schools in an itinerant capacity as needed

This contract position offers a consistent 37.5-hour work week through late spring 2027, giving you stability and the chance to build meaningful student connections in a vibrant educational setting.
