We're looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership, keeps projects on schedule, and delivers an outstanding experience for both clients and trade partners.If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy leading residential construction projects from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.Learn more about us: You'll DoAs our Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple residential construction projects while ensuring quality, communication, and scheduling remain on track.Your responsibilities include:Create and manage project schedules from kickoff through completionUpdate schedules weekly using JobTreadCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectionsMonitor job progress and resolve issues before they affect the projectComplete quality inspections using phase gate checklistsMaintain accurate daily logs and project documentation in JobTreadCommunicate regularly with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the projectManage punch lists and ensure projects are completed to company standardsWork closely with leadership to improve project performance and client satisfactionWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, you'll be successful when you consistently:Launch every project with a complete construction scheduleKeep schedules accurate and up to date throughout the projectComplete phase gate checklists at every stageMaintain timely and accurate daily logs in JobTreadCommunicate proactively with clients and document key updatesDeliver projects with fewer punch list items at closeoutHelp projects stay organized, efficient, and on scheduleWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and following through.You may be a great fit if you:3+ years of residential construction project management experienceStay organized and manage multiple priorities effectivelyCommunicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team membersSolve problems proactively rather than waiting for directionAppreciate established systems, processes, and checklistsWelcome feedback and continuously look for ways to improveTake pride in delivering quality workmanship and a positive client experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with JobTread or similar construction management softwareStrong scheduling and coordination skillsAbility to read construction plans and specificationsExperience managing subcontractors and field activitiesValid driver's license and reliable transportationWhy Join Masterpiece Construction?We're committed to building quality projects while creating a professional, supportive work environment for our team.
