Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – CVICU (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3x12s) | Projected Start: August 31, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Manage patients post-CABG, STEMI, and vascular procedures
• Administer and monitor vasoactive drips and manage ventilator-dependent patients
• Participate in 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Float to other units including Medical ICU and Progressive Care Unit as needed
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac/ICU experience
• Demonstrated experience with ventilator management and vasoactive drips

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with open heart surgery patients
• Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) experience
• Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) experience
