Accounts Receivable Accountant

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Plymouth Meeting, PA that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant. Day to Day Responsibilities: Support a high volume order-to-invoice environment Process high volumes of customer invoices - ~1,000/month Research and resolve billing discrepancies, pricing errors, and rejected invoices Process invoice adjustments, credits, rebills, and corrections Monitor unbilled transactions and ensure invoices are issued within established deadlines Assist with month-end billing reconciliations and reporting Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Plymouth Meeting, PA that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant. Day to Day Responsibilities: Support a high volume order-to-invoice environment Process high volumes of customer invoices - ~1,000/month Research and resolve billing discrepancies, pricing errors, and rejected invoices Process invoice adjustments, credits, rebills, and corrections Monitor unbilled transactions and ensure invoices are issued within established deadlines Assist with month-end billing reconciliations and reporting Requirements 3-5 years of current billing/AR experience Comfortable handling high volume invoicing - ~1,000 invoices/month Ability to support daily cash deposit processing Strong Excel skills, including working with formulas, lookups, macros (not responsible for developing these as already built into workbook) Nice To Have Prior leadership, supervisory, or team-lead exposure Microsoft Great Plains/GP experience PowerBill experience Revenue operations experience The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
