Digital Project Manager

Digital Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to support a digital risk mitigation team within a large financial services organization. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance across digital customer experiences, maintaining governance controls, managing digital content reviews, retiring outdated digital assets, and supporting digital disclosure management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a quarterly project schedule to execute approximately 200 digital eCommerce experience reviews, 50 standalone marketing reviews, and 50 page retirements per quarter.Lead daily standups with team members to ensure all work remains on track and escalate as needed.Facilitate sessions with key stakeholders, including compliance and legal, to review digital pages and ensure content is current and compliant.Coordinate and execute required updates to digital pages from inception to completion.Track and communicate the progress of quarterly reviews and updates.Maintain documentation to evidence compliance with all governing controls and digital page review standards.Track and analyze team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance insights and improvements.Proactively work to find solutions to make processes more effective and efficient.Maintain team training, process documentation, and the team's SharePoint site.Perform control monitoring activities and support annual control testing.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree required.Experience:2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.2+ years of experience supporting digital, eCommerce, or online customer-facing experiences.2+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and working cross-functionally with stakeholders in a large organization.2+ years of experience planning, coordinating, and executing projects involving multiple stakeholders.Experience maintaining, tracking, and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.Technical Skills:High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.Preferred QualificationsExperience within the insurance or financial services industry.Familiarity with compliance, risk management, governance, or control frameworks.Understanding of regulatory requirements related to insurance or financial services.Experience with Jira Work Management (JWM).SharePoint administration or advanced SharePoint experience.Experience documenting, monitoring, and improving business processes.Ideal CandidateDetail-oriented and proactive.Process-focused with strong problem-solving skills.A collaborative team player who is energetic and inquisitive.Comfortable adapting to change and technology-focused.Possesses an innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
