SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK


We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join the team of our south Indianapolis client. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing goods while maintaining accurate records and inventory controls.


The ideal candidate is punctual, proactive and is okay working in a busy, noisy and sometimes hot warehouse environment.


Pay/Benefits:

• $22-24/hour + occasional OT
• After hire on, 100% paid employee benefits
• PTO, holiday time and 401K also offered!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am- 4pm.

Job Duties:

• Driving a sit-down forklift, loading and unloading trailers and box trucks
• Working the counter, interacting with customers, and prepping their orders for pick up
• Communicating with internal team and customers on a daily basis
• Will be using math skills during the job counting and organizing parts in different locations.
• Enter and process orders, handle order invoicing, and general computer work

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• We are looking for somebody with a good attitude, willing to learn and good longevity in previous roles.
• Basic math and Microsoft Office computer skills are a must.
• Sit-down forklift experience is required.
