LALUME Dental Studio is seeking a motivated, empathetic, and skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator/Dental Assistant to join our boutique cosmetic dental practice in Newport Beach, CA. This full-time role combines exceptional patient care, administrative coordination, and hands-on dental assisting to help create life-changing smile makeovers in a lively, supportive environment.

Pay

$28~$32 per hour

Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting certification preferred
3-5 years of dental office experience encompassing front office administration and chairside assisting
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, insurance processes, and software (experience with Oryx preferred)
Current CPR and X-ray certifications
Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage patient inquiries professionally with empathy and maintain confidentiality
Self-motivated and a collaborative team player

Job Description

Deliver exemplary patient concierge services, including scheduling, patient check-in/out, payment collection, treatment plan presentation, and new patient office tours
Manage billing, insurance claims, and financial transaction processing accurately
Coordinate care as a liaison among doctors, specialists, labs, and patients
Assist with dental procedures such as patient preparation, instrument setup, room turnover, x-rays, and sterilization
Build lasting patient relationships, educating them on treatment plans, financial options, and post-treatment care
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with dental office protocols

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
