Lead requirements discovery through workshops, interviews, site walkthroughs, and working sessions with operators, maintenance technicians, planners, supervisors, product owners, and technical teams.

Translate operational needs into clear, testable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and lightweight design documentation.

Define and refine persona-based workflows for MIQ, including maintenance, operator, planner, crew leader, and other frontline experiences.

Partner with product owners and stakeholders to groom and prioritize the backlog, clarify scope, validate dependencies, and ensure work is ready for technical refinement and sprint planning.

Support UAT and solution validation by coordinating feedback, documenting defects or enhancement needs, confirming acceptance criteria, and ensuring delivered functionality meets business intent.

Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting technology-enabled process improvement initiatives.

Experience eliciting requirements, mapping processes, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and developing functional documentation.

Experience working with Agile delivery teams, product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver digital solutions.

Experience in manufacturing environments or with manufacturing-facing workflows such as operations, maintenance, reliability, quality, safety, planning, or production execution.

Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions, clarify ambiguity, document decisions, and align stakeholders around scope, priority, and outcomes.

Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, Operations, or a related field.

Experience with Connected Worker, persona-based applications, mobile/frontline user experiences, or digital manufacturing initiatives.

Experience with CMMS workflows, work requests, work orders, planning, scheduling, or maintenance execution processes.

Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools to manage backlogs, epics, features, user stories, dependencies, and delivery status.

Experience supporting UAT, adoption planning, training content, rollout readiness, or site hypercare for manufacturing applications.

Leads cross-functional alignment through strong facilitation and influence, translating business requirements and technical constraints into measurable value.
