Join our Float Pool team as a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality care across various units.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide high-quality patient care across various units
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
What We Need To See
- Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to various clinical environments and work under pressure
