Business Development Representative (Entry Level)

Join Tally as a Business Development Representative in downtown Columbus. You’ll work out of our office and at in-person retail events, meeting people face to face, finding new business, and turning conversations into customers. No sales experience needed. If you’re friendly, persistent, and good at starting conversations with strangers, we’ll teach you the rest. What you’ll do at Tally Work retail events in person, engaging shoppers and potential customers Generate leads and follow up by phone, email, and in person Set up meetings and appointments for the team Track your leads and conversations in our CRM Work from our downtown Columbus office on non-event days Share what you’re hearing from customers so we keep getting better What we’re looking for You can pass a background check You’re comfortable approaching people and keeping a conversation going You’re reliable, organized, and follow through You can work both in-office days and on-site events Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Tally
