Senior Software Engineer - Blockchain Platform

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Go backend services for wallet operations, liquidity movements, and cross-chain bridging.
• Build distributed systems that manage transaction construction, signing, broadcasting, and on-chain reconciliation across multiple blockchain protocols.
• Improve wallet-service reliability and observability and contribute to incident response, post-mortems, and systemic fixes.
• Partner with Trading, Custody, Staking, and cross-platform teams to integrate wallet services and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Decompose legacy systems into modular, reusable platform services.
• Support engineering quality through code reviews, design feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go and hands-on experience designing and operating service-oriented distributed systems.
• Experience building, scaling, and maintaining production backend services with strict correctness and reliability requirements.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, including transaction construction, on-chain data indexing, or cross-chain integrations involving Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Solana.
• Experience decomposing monolithic systems into scalable microservices or contributing to platform architecture used by multiple teams.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate technical trade-offs, and drive projects from design through production with autonomy.
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
