We're looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Carrier Sales team, supporting Sinch's Rural Local Exchange Carrier (RLEC) segment. This isn't a high-volume cold calling role. You'll inherit and grow a defined portfolio of telecom providers, focusing on long-term partnerships, consultative selling, and account expansion across a tight-knit carrier community. BENEFITS
The annual starting salary for this position ranges $65,600 - $82,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company's commission plan, subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan. This role will be accepting applications until June 29th, 2026 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of RLEC / carrier accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor-understand customer needs and align solutions
- Drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell (voice, messaging, UCaaS, toll-free, numbering)
- Balance account management + new logo wins within a known customer base
- Represent Sinch at industry events and telecom associations
- Experience in account management or sales
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles
- Comfortable working independently in a small, distributed team
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic account plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience selling to operators, service providers, or rural telcos
- Telecom / carrier / wholesale experience
