Service Coordinator

Job Title

Respond promptly to correspondence from both internal and external customers, ensuring timely handling of inquiries and requests. Tasks include providing quotes, executing orders, finalizing pricing, and generating invoices. Responsible for managing open order dates and the scope of work. Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple divisions, including Production, Outside Sales, Project Management, and Customer Service. Research and identify necessary repair parts, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues. This job is demanding in terms of knowledge, skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected. Availability for overtime and after-hours work may be required, particularly during peak outage season. Ensure that all interactions and processes always align with JHC Total Customer Commitment (TCC) standards. Participate in required training sessions to stay current with industry best practices and company policies. Join the after-hours and weekend "On-Call" rotation as needed to support operations outside regular hours. Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both customers and internal teams. Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.

Qualifications
