Physical Therapist - Traveler
Location: Port Huron, MI
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with alternating weekends.
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide both inpatient acute and outpatient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' need for physical therapy, developing treatment plans, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and establish treatment goals.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan.
- BLS certification.
- Experience in inpatient acute and outpatient settings preferred.
