Driver CDL II - Traveling Position

Overview GXO Logistics is hiring Certified Commercial Driver–A (CDL–A) drivers to support our nationwide transportation operations. The role involves daily driving of tractor–trailer equipment, site coverage, and ensuring safe and efficient service delivery. Inspect tractor/yard truck before and after shifts. Maneuver tractor/trailer safely within facility lanes and designated areas. Maintain housekeeping within assigned areas. Inspect trailers for movement to verify condition. Adhere to all safety policies and practices. Participate in driver ride‑along reviews, road tests, and site audits. Qualifications Minimum 6 months CDL–A driving experience. Active, valid CDL–A license. Preferred Experience 1 million accident‑free miles. 5 years CDL–A experience. Proficiency moving multiple trailer types (tanks, vans, flatbeds). Additional endorsements such as Hazmat, doubles, TWIC card. Additional Requirements Employees may be required to perform duties beyond normal responsibilities on occasion and must comply with GXO policies and applicable safety regulations.
