- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with equivalent professional experience in software development and project delivery environments.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile software development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving Agile transformation initiatives.
- Certified Scrum Master professional with strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks and Agile best practices (CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification).
- Extensive hands-on experience using Jira for Agile project management, including sprint planning, backlog management, workflow customization, reporting, and tracking team performance metrics.
- Expert understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile practices, and iterative software delivery models.
