Construction Foreman

Job Description W e are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Construction Foreman to help manage outdoor living projects from start to finish.
This role serves as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle - providing updates, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and ensuring projects stay on track. You'll work closely with field teams, foremen, subcontractors, and operations leadership in a fast-paced construction environment.

This role serves as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle - providing updates, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and ensuring projects stay on track. You'll work closely with field teams, foremen, subcontractors, and operations leadership in a fast-paced construction environment.
What You'll Do
- Communicate daily with clients regarding project progress
- Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and project timelines
- Lead kickoff and planning meetings
- Monitor active projects and help resolve issues quickly
- Work within the ERP system to track project progress and billing
- Support field teams and ensure projects stay on pace and within budget
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once
- Organized, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
- Construction, outdoor living, landscaping or renovation experience preferred
- ERP system experience is a plus
Additional Details
- Typical start time is 6: 30 AM
- Combination of office and field work
- Longer hours may be required during peak season
- Need to have a valid drivers license
