Country United States of America /*generated inline style */ State / County Arizona, Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington /*generated inline style */ City Algona, Bellevue, Bothell, Kent, Phoenix, Portland, Tukwila, Tulsa, Woodinville /*generated inline style */ Division Aerostructures /*generated inline style */ Company Aerostructures Division /*generated inline style */ Function Finance /*generated inline style */ Workplace Type Hybrid /*generated inline style */ Position type Full Time /*generated inline style */ /*generated inline style */ /*generated inline style */ Opportunity ID 24403/*generated inline style */ Job Description Payroll Admin 3 - Hybrid RolePrimary Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in processing weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for up to 33 company codesPrepares, documents, and disburses payroll checks; calculates gross and net pay amounts (e.g., salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, deductions, payroll liabilities, FLSA Overtime calculations, etc.)Maintains payroll-specific records and reconciles data; troubleshoots any issues that arise.Assist with preparation of quarterly payroll tax reporting and research and resolve payroll/tax reporting issues.Assist with year-end reconciliation of payroll reporting, workers comp reporting and 401k reconciliation.Provide guidance to plant HR leaders and Finance staff, answers questions regarding payroll matters.Project Work: Compliance reporting, tax reporting, and garnishment processingKnowledge:Requires intermediate level skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline.Multi-state payroll experience highly desired.Canadian payroll processing or international payroll experience a plus.Works with moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.Ability to prioritize work with high volume data, meet established deadlines, maintain attention to detail and accuracy, while working in a team or group environmentAbility to communicate clearly, verbally and written, with customers, employees, and management regarding highly confidential and sensitive information.Tax experience including state and local registrations, tax amendments and W2c experience.Required Skills:ADP experience a must, Workforce Now or Vantage preferredExperience with ADP Time & Attendance, or eTimeProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Teams and Excel. Must understand intermediate level formulas and have the ability to maintain spreadsheets. Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindsetAbility to work under strict deadlines while processing and reconciling multiple payrolls concertedly. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter.
