The Practice Environment

• Established 4-doctor small animal general practice
• Open to DVMs interested in seeing exotics (optional)
• Strong ~2:1 technician-to-DVM ratio, including licensed technicians and kennel assistants

Medicine, Surgery & Tools

• Broad case mix including wellness, endocrine, geriatric, and urgent care cases
• Strong surgical caseload with continued mentorship available
• Soft tissue surgeries (foreign bodies, pyometras, blockages, GDV, cystotomies, & more)
• Dentals with extractions
• High-end ultrasound with trained technical support
• Advanced in-house diagnostics and reference lab access
• AI scribe to reduce documentation time
• Wellness plans offering preventative care through monthly payment options

Compensation, Benefits & Relocation

• Base salary up to $200K+ with production upside (no negative accrual)
• Sign-on bonus & relocation package available
