Home Health Aide (HHA) – In-Home Care

Location: Northeast Columbus, OH
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Caregiver schedules are arranged according to individual client assignments. 

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care and support for clients in the Northeast Columbus area. This position is ideal for professionals who value flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and meaningful one-on-one care.

You’ll help clients maintain independence, safety, and comfort at home while being part of a supportive and team-focused agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and basic errands
• Observe and report any changes in client condition to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain proper documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and time management skills

Experience
