Salary: $50,000 to $70,000

Summary: IHL is looking for Technical Design Assistant to join our Kids Basics team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Design and Production through e-mail & Google Docs.
• Organize, enter information and keep record of submits pertaining to the product group assigned
• Collaborate with design team to execute development tech packs
  
• Follow up on pending submits according to delivery calendar
• Run reports and share information with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain submit library.
• Work one on one with designers to review all submits received from the factories (lab dips, strike offs, fabric bulks, trims, etc.)
  

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Outlook).
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills.

Job Logistics

Location: New York, NY Midtown West

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $70,000
