Job Description Job Description Position: Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) Location: Miami, Florida (Hybrid available) Report To: Managing Partner / Practice Group Lead Employment Type: Full-Time -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ROLE DESCRIPTION You will represent clients in a broad range of personal injury matters, including but not limited to: Motor vehicle accidents (car, truck, motorcycle) Slip and fall / premises liability Workers' compensation claims Negligence and tort actions Insurance claim negotiations and litigation As a plaintiff-side firm operating on a contingency model, you'll manage client relationships from intake through settlement or trial, develop case strategy, negotiate with defense counsel and insurance carriers, and pursue maximum compensation for injured clients. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience Level: Minimum 3+ years of active personal injury plaintiff-side practice experience. Attorneys with 6+ years of relevant background and established book of business are also encouraged to apply.
