Duties

• Handle personal injury and general liability matters from pre-litigation through trial

• Manage a high-volume caseload involving sophisticated plaintiff litigation matters

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents

• Guide clients through all stages of the litigation and settlement process

• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy for complex injury matters

• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

• Work directly with expert witnesses and assist with drafting reports and case evaluations

• Negotiate settlements and participate in dispute resolution proceedings

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments and legal strategy

• Collaborate with litigation support staff and attorneys to ensure efficient case management

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury or general liability litigation experience

• Strong plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred

• Ability to independently manage a high-volume litigation caseload

• Excellent oral advocacy, legal writing, and negotiation abilities

• Experience preparing for depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings
