Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shift: 40 hours/week

Licensure/Certifications: Valid VA State license preferred

Experience: Prior neuro/surgical PA experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.16

What You'll Do:

• Perform post-procedural daily patient care for neuro surgery patients
• Communicate with patients and families to educate and update on treatment plans
• Collaborate with a neurosurgery nurse practitioner and other team members
• Document patient encounters using EPIC EHR system
• Assist with inpatient care in a hospital-based setting
• Support patient recovery and manage ongoing care needs
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and policies

What You Need:

• Valid PA license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience in neuro or surgical setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
