Hospice Community Liaison

Cherish-Hospice is seeking a Community Marketer/Liaison to cover Kosciusko and surrounding counties. The role focuses on generating referrals by establishing and nurturing relationships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other local resources. You will interact with discharge planners, case managers, and families at designated facilities while planning events and educating stakeholders about hospice care. This is a full-time, in-person and road-based position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
