What this looks like: True 360 desk, you run BD, delivery, and the client relationship end to end AI desk with average fees of $60K, this is where the real money is right now No micromanagement, direct access to leadership Warm desk, not cold, established book and momentum to build on Top-tier tools (Bullhorn AI, HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter) The money: Base + commission, 15%-50% tiered commission structure OTE $150K+ first year $60K average fees Why people stay: Lean, well-funded shop, collaborative not cut-throat.
